Positive: Regarding the check-in, the self check-in it was really good as we arrived late in the evening and we had no issues getting in. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped with a modern design and quite cozy, the location is also great, as it is in walking distance from old town and Zoo (less then 10 min),

Positive: It was spacious with comfortable beds. Really excellent customer service. Whenever i asked for something it always arrived within the same day. It was in a great location, 10-15 minutes walk to the old town.

Negative: It was up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator, and was not initially very well equipped in the kitchen for a longer stay. There was also no sofa or pace to relax other than the bedrooms

Summary: Very good value for money with amazing customer service!
